Description

Procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT equipment and miscellaneous items for newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioners and Additional Assistant Commissioners in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 31,000,000, with bid security of PKR 1,550,000, representing 5% of the estimated amount. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan where applicable and the relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax, general sales tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Open competitive bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and e-procurement portal. Complete electronic bids and required documents must be submitted by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same date. Manual bids are not accepted. Bid security must be submitted through a digital bank guarantee or the 1Link payment method in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract price under Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The procuring agency may verify registration, credentials, experience and submitted documents, and may vary the scope or quantities subject to budget availability and applicable rules. Incomplete, unreadable, corrupted or malware-infected electronic submissions will be treated as non-responsive. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35.
