Supply Of Cancer Medicines And Oncology Drugs Tender Notice
Description
Supply of drugs and medicines for cancer patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal Individual Financial Assistance programme for financial year 2026–2027. Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital NIMRA invites bids from reputable pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, firms and suppliers throughout Pakistan under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 using the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue and Sales Tax Department and demonstrate at least three years of supply experience with reputable hospitals. Selection will be based on quality and cost. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, qualification criteria and preparation guidelines are available through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority EPADS system according to the published schedule. The non-refundable tender fee is PKR 5,000, payable by demand draft, pay order, banker cheque or another permitted instrument in favour of General Secretary CPWS NIMRA. All bids must be submitted electronically through SPPRA EPADS under Rule 24(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. The submission deadline is 9 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the auditorium of AECH-NIMRA Jamshoro in the presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject offers under Rule 25 of the applicable rules.
