Supply Of Cancer Medicines And Oncology Drugs Tender Notice
Description
Supply of drugs and medicines for cancer patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Individual Financial Assistance programme for financial year 2026–2027. Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital NIMRA invites bids from reputable pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, firms and suppliers throughout Pakistan under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue and Sales Tax Department and must demonstrate at least three years of supply experience with reputable hospitals. The selection criterion is quality and cost-based evaluation. Tender documents are available through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority EPADS system according to the specified publication and downloading schedule. The non-refundable tender fee is PKR 5,000, payable by demand draft, pay order, banker cheque or another permitted instrument in favour of General Secretary CPWS NIMRA. All bids must be submitted electronically through SPPRA EPADS in accordance with Rule 24(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Bids are scheduled to close on 9 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open on the same day at 11:30 AM in the auditorium hall of AECH-NIMRA Jamshoro, in the presence of attending bidders or authorized representatives. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under the applicable procurement rules.
