Supply Tough Tiles University Premises Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 60 mm tough tiles on a lot basis for the University of Kamalia. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax and sales tax departments. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,500,000, and mandatory bid security is PKR 70,000, representing 2% of the estimated cost. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system using the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and the EPADS portal. Bidders must deposit bid security electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system and upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper with their electronic bid. The procuring agency may require the original affidavit for physical verification at any stage. Bid validity is 90 days. Electronic bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
