Description

Prequalification of financially sound and experienced firms for the turnkey procurement and installation of a public address and sound system for the new courts block. The equipment includes a central controller for digital conference microphones with tracking functionality, digital tabletop chairman microphones, digital tabletop delegate microphones, a six-by-two-channel feedback suppressor, a 4K dual-lens PTZ video conference camera, camera controller, document visualizer, 10-channel digital mixer, 400-watt power amplifier, wall speakers, a six-channel analog power mixer, 30-watt wall speakers and a desktop rostrum microphone. The estimated project cost, inclusive of taxes, is PKR 107.796 million. The complete solution must include installation, commissioning and training of concerned officers and officials. A comprehensive two-year warranty, including backup equipment where required for uninterrupted service, is mandatory. All audio and video equipment must be of the same brand to ensure compatibility, and bidders must provide a manufacturer authorization letter or mail letter in favour of the Lahore High Court through an OEM-authorized distributor. Prequalification will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and only prequalified applicants will subsequently be invited to submit bids through a request for proposals. Applicants must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax, sales tax, professional tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Complete applications with supporting documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Prequalification results will remain valid for six months and apply only to the relevant project or procurement. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject applications and annul the prequalification process under the applicable procurement rules.
