Procurement Of Automatic Cell Separator Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an automatic cell separator with an estimated cost of PKR 17,129,773 and bid security of PKR 342,596. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the university tender website and Punjab e-procurement portals. The single-stage two-envelope procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the technical and financial proposals must comply with the bidding documents. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically; hard-copy bid security and hard copies of bids are not accepted. Participating bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-procurement system. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bids will be opened on 2 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of attending bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. If the closing date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
