Procurement Of Automatic Cell Separator Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an automatic cell separator with an estimated cost of PKR 17,129,773 and bid security of PKR 342,596. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center tender website and the Punjab e-procurement websites. The procurement follows the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, accompanied by electronic bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount; hard-copy bid security is not acceptable. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Participating bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-procurement system. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bids will be opened on 2 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
