Electrohydraulic Operating Table Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an electrohydraulic operating table with an estimated cost of PKR 6,450,750 and bid security of PKR 129,015. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, local or foreign, sole distributors of local manufacturers and authorized distributors of foreign principals, registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center website and Punjab e-procurement portals. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically. Hard copies of bids and bid security are not accepted. Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab e-procurement system. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bids will be opened on 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of attending bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. If the closing date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
