Purchase Stationery Items Bacha Khan University Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items for Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Eligible established firms, authorised dealers, distributors and suppliers must be registered with the income tax and sales tax departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available through the university website, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website and EPADS. Procurement will follow the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the applicable KPPRA rules. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value must be provided as a call deposit receipt in favour of the Treasurer, Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPADS system by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. In addition to electronic submission, one hard copy of the financial proposal in a sealed envelope must be delivered to the Treasurer before the bid submission deadline. The original bid-security CDR must be enclosed with the financial proposal, together with an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming attachment of the original CDR, and a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to EPADS. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with the KPPRA Act and applicable rules.
