Renovation And Upgradation Of Hospital Wards Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and upgradation of all wards and their toilets in the main building of Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must register on KP-EPADS and submit scanned bids electronically, together with the original bid-security instrument, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of PKR 1,500 or bank draft inclusive of courier charges, and original duly attested stamp-paper documents in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name before the closing deadline. Bid security is required at 2% of the bid value in the form specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the conference room of the Hospital Director's Office. Bids submitted without EPADS or without the required original documents may be disqualified. If the opening date is declared a public or gazetted holiday or the office remains closed, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
