Laying Of New Gi Pipelines At Teaching Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Laying of new galvanised iron pipelines at Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. Procurement will follow the single-stage one-envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must register on KP-EPADS and upload scanned bid documents electronically. The original bid-security instrument, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of PKR 1,500 or bank draft inclusive of courier charges, and original duly attested stamp-paper documents in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name must be submitted physically before the closing deadline. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid value is required in the form prescribed in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the conference room of the Hospital Director's Office. Bids submitted outside EPADS or without the required original documents may be disqualified. If the opening date is declared a public or gazetted holiday or the office remains closed, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
