Description
Procurement of answer sheets and extra sheets for University of Rasul under Tender No. UOR/DP/2026-27/11, to be delivered to the university on a DDP basis. The estimated cost is PKR 3,044,130, with bid security of PKR 60,883, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, and bid validity of 90 days. Eligible, reputable and financially sound firms must have relevant experience and registration with the income tax and sales tax departments. Bidding will follow the single-stage one-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents containing specifications and terms are available free of cost through the university website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must include supporting documents, undertakings and valid documentary evidence and comply with the bidding conditions. The original affidavit in Form 8.6 must also be delivered in hard copy to the Directorate of Purchase and Store before bid opening. Late bids will not be accepted by the electronic system. If the submission date falls on an official holiday or closed day, submission and opening will take place on the next working day, Monday to Friday, at the same time. The university reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender before contract award in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
