Framework contract for the supply of dry firewood for heating and boiling water at Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah, Chakwal. The estimated contract cost is PKR 2,000,000, with bid security of PKR 40,000 and a contract period of six months. Eligible, experienced and tax-registered companies, firms, organisations and suppliers must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Bidding documents containing specifications, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions are available through the college website, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 5 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of attending bidders’ representatives. Bid security must be submitted through the prescribed digital mechanism, including 1Link, PSID or digital bank guarantee, as available on the system. Physical CDR submission is not required where the prescribed electronic mechanism has been successfully completed and verified. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes. Bid validity is 180 days from publication of the bid evaluation report. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date, with the same submission and opening times. The college reserves the right to cancel the process under Rule 35.
