Supply of air conditioners and equipment for a maker space for Emerson University, Multan, under Tender No. EUM/DDP&S/2026-27/2. The estimated cost for air conditioners is PKR 3,600,000, with bid security of PKR 108,000, while maker space equipment has an estimated cost of PKR 1,500,000, with bid security of PKR 45,000. Eligible firms, authorized distributors, dealers, suppliers and general order suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate technical, financial and managerial capability. Bidding documents containing item details, specifications, designs and terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and university website. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the opening of technical bids. If the scheduled date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply, with the time and venue unchanged.
