Provision Outsourced Office Support Staff Tender Notice
Description
Provisioning of outsourced human resources, including office boys, janitors, security guards and drivers, for the PITB NOP project under Framework Contract ND-05. The estimated total cost is PKR 122,000,000, with fixed bid security of PKR 2,400,000. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Interested bidders must prepare separate technical and financial proposals, duly completed, signed and stamped, in full conformity with the tender documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PITB and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. Electronic proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline; incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders must provide income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all other documents specified in the bidding documents. Firms are responsible for ensuring successful electronic submission and should register on the procurement portal in advance. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under the applicable procurement rules.
