Framework Contracts For Hospital Supplies And Medicines Tender Notice

Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Pindigheb invites bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers for four framework-contract packages for financial year 2026-27: day-to-day local and emergency purchases of medicines, surgical and disposable items and UHI medicines, estimated at Rs. 6.5 million; X-ray films and radiology accessories, estimated at Rs. 2 million; medical gases under UHI and regular budget, estimated at Rs. 2 million; and janitorial supplies, estimated at Rs. 1.5 million. Each package requires bid security equal to 2% of its estimated cost. Registered bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 4 November 2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Separate open competitive bidding for each package will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bid security may be submitted as CDR, pay order, demand draft or banker’s cheque from a scheduled bank, with the document uploaded online and delivered to the hospital office. Prices must include all taxes, duties and levies, and applicable tax registration certificates are required.
