Description
Procurement of furniture, fixtures, IT equipment and miscellaneous items for newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner and Additional Assistant Commissioners in the Deputy Commissioner Office. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with SECP and relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, may participate. Open competitive bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Complete bids and required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through an e-bank guarantee or 1Link payment method in favour of the Deputy Commissioner. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 31,000,000, with bid security of Rs. 1,550,000 and a delivery period of 90 days. Manual bids will not be accepted, and corrupt, incomplete, unreadable or malware-infected electronic proposals will be declared non-responsive. The successful bidder must furnish performance security of 10% of the contract price under Rule 56. The procuring agency may verify bidder credentials and increase or decrease the scope or quantity subject to budget availability and applicable rules. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35.
