Supply Of Furniture Items For Committee Room Tender Notice
Description
Supply of furniture items for the Committee Room of Government College University, Faisalabad, with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,755,800. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids conforming to the tender documents must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System before the scheduled closing time. Digital bid security must be submitted through the Bank of Punjab online security submission portal introduced by Punjab PPRA in favour of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. Bids must include Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC and other documents required by the tender documents. Firms blacklisted by the university are ineligible. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or unsecured bids and bids submitted through an unauthorized mode will not be entertained. Taxes will be deducted under applicable federal and Punjab government rules. The university reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under PPRA Rule 35.
