Procurement of Medicine/Surgical Disposable Items and Artificial Limbs on a day-to-day basis through local purchase using Zakat and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal funds for Health Welfare Committee, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal, for FY 2026-2027. Estimated cost is Rs.3,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope, Two-Stage Bidding under Rule 38(2)(b), PPR 2014. Eligible PPRA-registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers and contractors must have valid income and sales tax registration and must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bidders may submit for one, several or all items, with award item-wise or category-wise based on the lowest evaluated rate for each item. Bids must be submitted through e-Procurement by 26 October 2026 at 1:00 PM and opened at 1:30 PM in the Committee Room. Bid security must be CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from a scheduled bank.
