Construction 30kw Solar System University Tender Notice

University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah invites sealed bids through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for construction of a 30 kW solar system, with a completion period of two months. Bidders must submit three years of income tax returns, documentary proof of average annual turnover of Rs. 20 million over the last three years, details of owned equipment and transport, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above with the specified civil, electrical, solar installation and mechanical specialization codes. The company must hold ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2026 certifications and provide an affidavit confirming that it has not been blacklisted or involved in litigation with government bodies. At least three solar projects completed during the previous three years, each costing not less than Rs. 20 million, must be supported by work orders and completion certificates. Valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, active taxpayer status and an electrical inspector’s licence are also required. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and bid security is Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee in favour of the university. Bid validity is 90 days. The notice schedules submission for 3 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM. The original signed and stamped bidding documents and BOQ must be submitted at opening.
