Electrohydraulic Operating Table Procurement Tender Notice

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center invites electronic bids from original local or foreign manufacturers, sole distributors of local manufacturers and authorized distributors of foreign principals for procurement of an electrohydraulic operating table. The estimated cost is Rs. 6,450,750 and bid security is Rs. 129,015, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. Bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 29 October 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required, and bid security must be submitted electronically; physical security is not accepted. The pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, govern the procurement.
