Sports Event Management Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
The Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas invites technical and financial proposals from qualified local and national event management firms and service providers with relevant experience for a framework contract covering implementation and execution of sports events. Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 14(2)(b) of KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must hold KPPRA registration, valid NTN and GST certificates, active FBR and KPRA tax status, and Registrar of Firms Form-H and SECP registration where applicable. Separate bids and package-wise rates are required for each package. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 5 November 2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the Directorate committee room. Bidders must also deliver hard copies of their proposals to the Directorate office in Peshawar. Each bid requires security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a CDR in favour of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Late submissions will not be accepted, and the procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule 47.
