Auction Of Scrap And Condemned Store Items Tender Notice

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites public participation in an auction of scrap and condemned or unserviceable store items located at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, on an as-is, where-is basis. Interested bidders must appear on the active taxpayer list and bring their original CNIC together with one photocopy. The auction is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 11 November 2026 at the authority office at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar. Interested parties may inspect the items during office hours on 9 and 10 November 2026. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately at the auction and pay the remaining amount immediately thereafter. The items must be removed from the Nishtar Hall premises within two days; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Rates must include all applicable government taxes, including GST, income tax and other levies. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under KPPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Scrap auction participants should inspect the goods before bidding, verify active taxpayer status, bring the required identification, budget for immediate payment and arrange transport and removal within the prescribed two-day period.
