The office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency work described as provision of certain facilities at PAF Base, with an estimated value of Rs. 57 million. The procurement is being undertaken under the cited emergency procurement provision. Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials and relevant experience; documents will be issued only to scrutinized firms that satisfy the specified requirements. Applicants must provide a certificate confirming that they are not involved in litigation with a government department and that no special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, E-in-C’s Branch GHQ, remains outstanding. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and submit a copy of their registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A and B with experience in similar work should apply. Tender documents must reach the Accepting Officer by 11:30 AM on 30 October 2026 and will open at 12:00 PM the same day. Contractors may attend the opening.
