Hiring Pharmacies Local Purchase Medicines Tender Notice

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees’ Social Security Institution invites bids from eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and appearing on the active taxpayer list for hiring pharmacies to support local purchase of medicines at Bannu, Kohat, Abbottabad, D.I. Khan, Nowshera, Swat, Mardan and Swabi. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each station requires bid security of Rs. 250,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt in favour of the Vice Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees’ Social Security Institution. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 3 November 2026, and the original CDR must be delivered physically or by courier to the designated office by the same deadline. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on 3 November 2026 in the conference hall at the ESSI Head Office, Peshawar, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid through the specified bank account or by bank draft before bid submission. Bidding documents are available through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement portal. Clarifications may be requested during working hours, but queries will not be entertained after the designated portal deadline. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
