Description
Prequalification of experienced and financially sound firms for procurement and installation of a public address and sound system for the new courts block of Lahore High Court, Lahore. The equipment includes a digital conference microphone central controller with tracking feature - digital tabletop chairman microphone - digital tabletop delegate microphone - six-channel feedback suppressor - 4K dual-lens PTZ video conference camera - camera controller - document visualizer - 10-channel digital mixer - 400-watt power amplifier - wall speakers for external announcements - six-channel analog power mixer - 30-watt wall speakers - desktop rostrum microphone. The estimated project cost is Rs. 107.796 million inclusive of taxes. The solution must be turnkey, including installation, commissioning and training of concerned officers and officials, with a two-year comprehensive warranty and backup equipment where required. All audio and video equipment must be from the same brand to ensure compatibility, and bidders must furnish a manufacturer authorization letter from the OEM-authorized distributor in favour of Lahore High Court. Prequalification will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the criteria specified in the prequalification documents. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to submit bids through a subsequent request for proposals. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prequalification results will remain valid for six months and apply only to the relevant project or procurement.
