Description

Purchase and supply of furniture and fixtures on a rate-contract basis for financial year 2026-2027 under budget sub-head A0-9701. The estimated procurement value is below PKR 1,000,000, and the procurement is being conducted through a Request for Quotations under Rule 45(b) of the GB-PPRA Rules, 2022, as amended. Quotation documents containing terms and the price schedule are available from the PIFTAC office during working hours. Sealed quotations must be complete and submitted within the prescribed deadline. Suppliers must be registered with SECP or the relevant registration authority and hold valid NTN and GST registration where applicable. An affidavit confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted must accompany the quotation. A valid government vendor number is mandatory because government payments are made online. No bid security is required under the stated Request for Quotations procedure. Conditional or optional quotations will be treated as non-responsive, and only quotations from firms meeting mandatory eligibility and documentation requirements will be considered. The lowest evaluated responsive quotation will be accepted. Quoted rates must be realistic and inclusive of all applicable taxes; unrealistic or zero rates may lead to rejection. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject quotations under the GB-PPRA Rules, 2022.
