Framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 covering office stationery - printing materials - computer stationery - electrical and sanitary items - cleaning and other items - diet and lunch boxes - road safety items - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - tyres and tubes for vehicles and motorcycles - vehicle and motorcycle denting and painting repairs - vehicle and motorcycle batteries - vehicle and motorcycle spare parts - furniture and fixture repairs - petroleum, oil and lubricants - beds and boxes - repair and renovation of police buildings - repair of plant and machinery - hot and cold weather charges. Estimated costs range from Rs. 1 million to Rs. 7 million per procurement category, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Bids are invited from firms registered for General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, Income Tax and withholding tax. Bidding will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement portal before 11:30 AM on 4 November 2026. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms. Financial bids are tentatively scheduled to open on 9 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system using a PSID from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Successful bids must maintain the quoted rates and supply quality until 30 June 2027. The lowest bidder's bid security will be converted into a performance guarantee upon acceptance of the bid. Lubricant suppliers must submit a manufacturer or authorized dealer certificate issued during 2026-27. Applicable income tax and other government taxes will be deducted under government rules. Late bids will not be accepted, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
