Three independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for financial year 2026-27 covering X-ray and related items - general store and miscellaneous items - stationery items. The estimated value of Lot 1 for X-ray and related items is Rs. 3,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 60,000; Lot 2 for general store and miscellaneous items is Rs. 4,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 80,000; and Lot 3 for stationery items is Rs. 2,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 40,000. Bids are invited electronically from eligible bidders under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Eligibility is lot-specific: bidders for Lot 1 must be manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of the relevant goods, while bidders for Lots 2 and 3 must be registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers, as applicable. Bidding follows the single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Complete bidding documents are available free of cost through Punjab e-procurement and the PPRA Punjab website. Separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot must be furnished in the prescribed form, validity and manner in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Murree. Bidders must quote all mandatory items within each selected lot. Prices must include delivery to the hospital, and taxes must be stated and treated under applicable law and the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted by 7 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through the e-Punjab Procurement Portal or at the hospital in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives. Bid validity is 120 days from the submission deadline. The procuring agency may reject all bids before acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
