Supply Installation 60 Kva Diesel Generators Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of two diesel generators, each rated at 60 KVA, for CIT Bahawalpur and CIT Rawalpindi under DREAMS-I Shopping Package 04, Contract C. The Program Coordination Unit of the Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services Phase-I Project, Local Government and Community Development Department, Government of Punjab, invites sealed quotations from authorized distributors and suppliers. Procurement will be conducted using the shopping method under Asian Development Bank procurement guidelines. Eligible bidders may obtain the Form of Quotation from the Director, Procurement and Contracts, Project Coordination Unit, DREAMS-I, upon submission of a written application. Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the specified office by 5 November 2026 at 2:00 PM and will open the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders must quote their best and final prices using the prescribed quotation form; negotiations are not expected. Conditional, alternate, incomplete, unsealed, late or improperly submitted bids will be rejected as non-responsive. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid, and applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules.
