Procurement Of It Equipment For Computer Science Lab Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment for a Computer Science laboratory with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,423,000 and bid security of Rs. 48,460, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids are invited through the electronic procurement system from well-reputed and financially sound firms and suppliers having sufficient relevant experience and registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Goods, items and equipment must be delivered on DDP, Duty Delivered Paid, basis according to the technical specifications. Procurement will follow the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost through the university website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. Bids must be submitted electronically with supporting documents, undertakings and valid documentary evidence in conformity with the tender conditions. Late bids will not be accepted by the online system. Bidders must also submit the original affidavit in hard copy to the Directorate of Purchase and Store before bid opening.
