Stationery Electrical Plumbing Cleaning Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items, electrical items, plumbing items, and other store items including cleaning items for the University of Education Faisalabad Campus on a lot-wise basis. Estimated costs are Rs. 701,000 for stationery, Rs. 471,000 for electrical items, Rs. 469,000 for plumbing items, and Rs. 702,000 for cleaning items. Bid security of 2% is required for each lot, amounting respectively to Rs. 14,018, Rs. 9,435, Rs. 9,384, and Rs. 14,040, payable electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and traders must be registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities for income tax and sales tax. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper, and bid validity is 90 days. Electronic bids close on 4 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and open at 10:30 AM. Tender documents are available free of cost through the university and PPRA e-procurement websites.
