Repair of crown failures in a 24-inch internal diameter sewer line at Dastagir Chowk, G-Block, SRA Central Division, Multan. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,762,828, with earnest money of Rs. 35,275, approximately 2% of the estimated cost. Bids are invited from engineering firms and contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must quote rates against each item of the DNIT or BOQ and state tendered rates and amounts in figures and words, with bids duly signed as required by the bidding documents. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount within the time specified by the procuring agency, in the prescribed form and valid for the period required under the bidding documents or contract. Failure to submit the required guarantee may result in action under the applicable procurement rules. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35. If the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply. The specified completion period is 15 days.
