Construction And Repair Of Sewer Line Tender Notice

Description

Construction and repair of a sewer line and PCC works at Sialabad Lahore Road, Tehsil and District Sargodha, with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.995 million. Bids are invited from companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers, suppliers and joint ventures where applicable, engaged in trading and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes, the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 through the single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bidders must submit complete electronic bids through the e-Procurement portal and provide earnest money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost through the prescribed online PSID/CDR process. The notice requires the original CDR to be submitted to the opening committee at the specified time. Bids must be submitted by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Chief Officer, District Council Sargodha. Contractors must quote rates against the relevant items and supply materials at their quoted rates throughout the financial year whenever demanded by the department. Recovery against credit for old material will be adjusted manually during bid evaluation. Where the lowest quoted rates exceed the estimated cost by more than 5%, additional performance security may be required under the applicable rules. Submission of false information or forged documents, including CDRs or receipts, may result in disqualification and recommendations to PPRA and PEC for appropriate action or blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are responsible for uploading their bids before the deadline.
