Punjab Workers Welfare Fund tender for rehabilitation of Labour Colony Sargodha, Package A, covering OHWT, tubewell and tubewell chamber works. Estimated cost: PKR 220,147,516. Required qualification documents include firm registration and ownership evidence, establishment details, partnership deed or company constitutional documents where applicable, authorised-representative details, management and engineering staff qualifications, equipment and machinery lists with ownership evidence, similar projects completed during the last five years, ongoing-project details, valid PEC registration, audited financial reports for the last three years, working-capital evidence, bank credit-line information, tax-payment records for the last three years, PRA registration, an affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper attested by a Notary Public or Oath Commissioner declaring that the firm has never been blacklisted, and a list of litigation or cases, if any. Completed and ongoing project information must be supported by certified award letters, completion or performance certificates and client contact details. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected e-bids may be rejected under Regulation 8(4) of the 2024 Regulations. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee in the form of bank guarantee and sign the formal contract within 15 days of the award notification or LOI.
