Description

Repair and maintenance works for five government buildings and residential properties in Sargodha. The first scheme covers repair and maintenance of the Sessions Camp Office, Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 1.498 million with earnest money of Rs. 74,900 and a completion period of one month. The second scheme covers repair and maintenance of Government Associate College for Women at Block No. 23-A, Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 1.305 million with earnest money of Rs. 65,250 and a completion period of one month. The third scheme covers Residence No. 12, GOR-I, Quarter No. D-6, Babu Mohallah and Quarter No. SB-19, PWD Colony, Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 0.518 million with earnest money of Rs. 25,900 and a completion period of one month. The fourth scheme covers repair and maintenance of Quarter No. H-20, PWD Colony, Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 0.773 million with earnest money of Rs. 38,650 and a completion period of one month. The fifth scheme covers repair and maintenance of residences No. 24, 22 and 7 in GOR-III, Sargodha, estimated at Rs. 0.782 million with earnest money of Rs. 39,100 and a completion period of one month. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and specification codes and must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed online or digital procurement mechanism and linked to the relevant tender. Bidders must submit complete electronic tender documents and quote rates against each DNIT or BOQ item, including all required rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. Successful bidders must submit a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract amount through the prescribed electronic mechanism, valid until at least three months after successful completion of the project or any extended completion period. Bids will be retrieved and rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division. False information or fake bid security may result in disqualification and referral to the Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA. The procuring agency may reject bids under applicable rules.
