Procurement of four building-related works under the Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Sargodha: Lot 1 - Supply and erection of 56-inch sweep electric ceiling fans for buildings, estimated cost PKR 1.069 million and earnest money PKR 53,450, completion period one month; Lot 2 - Maintenance and repair of Quarter No. AD 02, H-20, in PWD Colony, Residence No. 1 GOR-III, residence of the Deputy Director Anti-Corruption Sargodha, the old Babu Mohallah servant quarter and the Commissioner Camp Office in Sargodha, estimated cost PKR 0.950 million and earnest money PKR 47,500, completion period one month; Lot 3 - Maintenance and repair of the residence of the Security Incharge RPO in Police Lines, Sargodha, estimated cost PKR 1.607 million and earnest money PKR 80,350, completion period one month; Lot 4 - Maintenance and repair of two Civil Judge residences in the Judicial Complex, Shahpur, estimated cost PKR 1.002 million and earnest money PKR 50,100, completion period one month. Eligible firms and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website. Only contractors and suppliers registered or approved with the Communication and Works Department may participate in Lot 1. Bid security or earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed digital mechanism and linked to the relevant tender. Successful bidders must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount electronically within the stipulated period. Performance security shall not be returned until three months after successful completion within the stipulated or extended period. Bidders must quote item-wise rates against every DNIT or BOQ entry and complete all rate-analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Percentage-based quotations and incomplete financial bids shall be non-responsive. Electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement system. Contractors may attend the office of the Commissioner, Sargodha Division, on 7 November 2026 at 11:00 AM; bids will be retrieved and successful quoted rates announced at 11:30 AM. Fake information or security documents may result in disqualification and referral to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance.
