X Ray Films And Solar Panel Maintenance Services Tender Notice

Procurement of two services for Financial Year 2026-2027 at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat: Lot 1 - Framework contract for X-ray and CT-scan films, retender 1; Lot 2 - Repair, maintenance and restoration of complete functionality of the solar panel system. Estimated prices are provided in the bidding documents. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items is required, and bids without the required security shall be rejected. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 12 of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The successful bidders must sign contracts and furnish 5% performance guarantee through CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat, under Rule 27. Federal and provincial taxes apply and must be included in quoted rates. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
