Reconstruction Of Boundary Wall And Gate No 03 Tender Notice
Description
Re-construction of the boundary wall along with Gate No. 03 at the main campus of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi. Estimated cost: PKR 835,359. Bid security: PKR 16,707, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Completion period: 30 days. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or contractors with valid and active NTN, GST and PRA registrations, Punjab Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-27, and EPADS registration, as applicable. Procurement follows the single-stage, single-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 6 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Item-wise rates must be quoted electronically according to the prescribed BOQ. Conditional, incomplete bids and bids without required security or mandatory documents will be dealt with under the bidding documents and applicable PPRA Rules. A prescribed non-blacklisting affidavit or undertaking is required. False or forged documents may result in disqualification and action under applicable rules. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder, subject to approval. Applicable taxes and statutory deductions will be governed by government rules. Additional or quality assurance security, where applicable, must be furnished as prescribed. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under the applicable rules.
