Peshawar Electric Supply Company invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for procurement of cables under tender MM-36 and E-PADS reference P147435. The listed items include 600 V PVC-insulated SID cable, two-core 7/0.052 inch (10 mm²) and four-core 19/0.052 inch (25 mm²); 15 kV XLPE-insulated single-core 500 mm² (1000 MCM) unarmoured power cable; and low-voltage aerial bundled cable, 4 x 50 mm². Procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bid security must be furnished as prescribed in the bidding documents, through Call Deposit or a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original security and covering letter must reach Room 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, before closing time. Electronic bids close 2 November 2026 at 1000 hours and open at 1030 hours.
