Peshawar Electric Supply Company invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for procurement of all-aluminium conductor (AAC) Wasp, 7/0.173 inch, under tender MM-37 and E-PADS reference P151236. Procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Bid security must be furnished in the amount and form stated in the bidding documents, through Call Deposit or a bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favour of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original security and covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, before closing time. Electronic bids must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 1000 hours and will open at 1030 hours. Manual submission is not accepted.
