Establishment Biomechanics Laboratories Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of biomechanics laboratories at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Haripur. Eligible bidders must be registered and recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR and hold manufacturer, distributor, dealer or supplier status, with sufficient financial, technical and human resources to complete the assignment within the prescribed period after contract finalization. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS); manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement portal. The procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b). Bids must include earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR). The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the designated officer before the bid submission closing time, otherwise the bid will not be opened. Electronic bids close on 17 November 2026 at 1100 hours and will open on the same day at 1130 hours through EPADS in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders. If the opening day becomes an unexpected holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
