Description
Installation of 21 air-conditioning units at the Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority Complex, Lahore, including all required materials, labour, installation, testing, and commissioning at site. The estimated cost is PKR 2,801,425 and bid security is PKR 56,029, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Tender reference Proc.10/26-27(IPC). Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments in Pakistan and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the open competitive bidding method using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids and supporting documents must be submitted by PDF upload through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10 November 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened electronically at 12:00 PM on the same date in the PAFDA building committee room. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the registered system; physical CDRs, pay orders, and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bidding documents are available free of charge through the e-procurement and PPRA websites. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
