Prequalification of a general contractor for construction of the Community and Sports Complex at Barki Road, Lahore. The estimated cost is approximately PKR 4,467 million, with a covered area of approximately 162,375 square feet and required Pakistan Engineering Council category C-A. The scope includes building construction and infrastructure development comprising civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, firefighting, and external development works, including all necessary materials, labour, formwork, tools, and machinery. Eligible applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit prequalification proposals electronically in accordance with the prequalification document and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Proposals must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open on the same day at 11:30 AM. Submissions through any other mode will not be considered.
