Provision of tuff tiles in villages Dalowali, Adda Dhilowali, Raipur, Gopalpur, Magra, Ambo Chak and Kotli Loiyan in District Sialkot, with an estimated cost of Rs. 42 million and earnest money of Rs. 2.1 million. The procurement also covers Catholic Church renovation and extension in Christian Town Sialkot at an estimated cost of Rs. 10 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.5 million; renovation of the church in Kuluwal Village Sialkot, Iqbal Begum Memorial Hall, Cathedral School, Sialkot Diocese, Ulfat Nazir Memorial Guest House, Suleman Memorial Church Pastor House and Christian Colony Ugoki at an estimated cost of Rs. 24 million with earnest money of Rs. 1.2 million; pastor house construction at Presbyterian Church Pasrur and construction of a community centre in Village Shameerpur, Tehsil Pasrur, District Sialkot at an estimated cost of Rs. 13 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.65 million; St. Marks Church graveyard construction, adjacent road mud filling in Daska, renovation of Elder Johnson Saleem Memorial Convention Center, Christian Colony streets in Village Vatalian MC Daska and a boundary wall at Mission House Daska at an estimated cost of Rs. 20.5 million with earnest money of Rs. 1.025 million; renovation of the Presbyterian Church Compound CTI Sialkot building, tuff tiles and sewerage at Puragpur at an estimated cost of Rs. 9.5 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.475 million; and tuff tiles and sewerage works on Fateh Garh Street, Sialkot, at an estimated cost of Rs. 3 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.15 million. Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27 and register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the linked Bank of Punjab payment facility in favour of the Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujranwala. Physical bid securities, including CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts, are not accepted. Bidders must quote item rates, total amounts for each item and the grand total in their financial proposals; where mathematical discrepancies arise, the item rates will govern evaluation. Percentage-based quotations above or below the estimated or DNIT cost are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM at the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub-Division Sialkot, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and attending bidders or authorized representatives. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter, using an accepted financial instrument valid for three months beyond the completion or extended completion period. The successful bidder must execute the agreement on prescribed stamp paper within the specified government requirements before issuance of the work order. False or forged documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. MRS rates for the second biannual period of 2026 apply.
