Procurement and supply under five separate lots comprising Lot 1 stationery items including papers, staplers, registers, ball pens, pen stands, stapler pins, ink, gum, envelopes, pointers, lead pencils, clipboards, laces, erasers, stamp pads, stamp pad ink and shorthand notebooks; Lot 2 computer stationery including toners; Lot 3 store items including plastic pipes, crockery sets, curtains, water dispenser bottles and tablecloths; Lot 4 miscellaneous consumables including tissue papers, hand wash, towels, wipers, air fresheners, Mortein spray, acid, soap and brooms; and Lot 5 printing services for printed registers. Estimated costs are PKR 1,350,000 for Lot 1, PKR 475,000 for Lot 2, PKR 750,000 for Lot 3, PKR 600,000 for Lot 4 and PKR 400,000 for Lot 5. Reputable firms, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and suppliers registered with the relevant sales tax and income tax departments are eligible. Separate bids must be submitted for each lot, specifying the quoted items, with individual item prices inclusive of all taxes, freight, delivery and other expenditures. Each bid must contain technical and financial proposals under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed by Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A refundable Call Deposit Receipt equal to 5% of the estimated cost must accompany each technical bid in the name of the undersigned. Bids must be fully completed, signed and stamped and submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 2026-11-10 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM. Firms must attach income tax, professional tax and sales tax registration certificates and submit an affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper declaring that the firm is not a government defaulter, blacklisted or disqualified. The authority reserves the right to increase or reduce item quantities or cancel the tender for stated reasons. Procurement shall be governed by the prevailing Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
