Supply Of Furniture For Early Childhood Classrooms Tender Notice

Request for information regarding supply of furniture for Early Childhood Care and Education classrooms in 94 public schools of District Attock. Required items include study chairs - study tables - learning corner shelves - library corner shelves - notice boards and whiteboards. Eligible manufacturers - suppliers and vendors must provide evidence of at least two successfully completed furniture supply contracts worth PKR 10 million each within the last three years for public offices or public institutions, supported by award and completion certificates. Applicants must submit at least one sample of each furniture category for quality and specification inspection. Required documents include the completed supplier information form - documentary evidence of experience - valid NTN and STRN certificates and business registration documents. The supplier must offer the complete package covering all listed furniture items; partial submissions will not be accepted. The request for information must be submitted on the company letterhead, signed and stamped, to the designated education authority office. The procurement is stated to be exempt from PPRA advertising under Rule 59 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Following manufacturing, furniture must be delivered to designated warehouses for inspection and then handed over to the respective schools after clearance. Payment will be released by the relevant School Management Council after delivery - installation and physical verification. Prices must include taxes - duties - transportation - handling and incidental charges.
