Framework Contract Dialysis Hospital Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of dialysis unit items - dry laser X-ray films - stationery and printing items - linen items - medical gases and miscellaneous equipment parts for Financial Year 2026-27. The Medical Superintendent invites electronic bids from registered firms - original manufacturers - authorized dealers and general order suppliers through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Estimated costs are PKR 9.50 million for dialysis unit items - PKR 3.50 million for dry laser X-ray films - PKR 2.75 million for stationery and printing items - PKR 0.8 million for linen - PKR 1.66 million for medical gases and PKR 1.10 million for miscellaneous equipment parts. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of the quoted items must be provided through a bank guarantee or online payment against a PSID generated by the e-procurement system. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit their best and final prices, and applicable taxes will be deducted under government laws. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website and e-procurement portal.
