Procurement of thyristor power regulators, fuses, dies for shield molding presses, injection molding dies, Sabic materials, filtration cells, vacuum controllers, and laboratory materials including alumina plates, mesh and end-fitting materials. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department, having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Offers must be submitted on FOR Islamabad basis using the single-stage one-envelope procedure. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 for each tender, payable through bank draft or pay order in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad; cash payments are not accepted. Tender documents may be obtained through a written request on the firm's letterhead accompanied by the prescribed bank draft or pay order, and may be dispatched by post, fax or email. The original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date, and the last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening. Each tender must include earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST, in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Tender validity must be 60 days from the opening date. Envelopes must be marked with the tender number and due date; postal delays are the tenderer's responsibility, late tenders will not be entertained, and tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Firms that failed to supply stores against previous orders will not be issued tender documents. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage. All three tenders are scheduled to open on 18 November 2026, with receipt at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM.
