Supply Installation Maintenance Blood Gas Analyzer Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a blood gas analyzer under Package No. 19, Lot-K, Item-01 for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore, on DAP basis. The estimated procurement cost is approximately PKR 7.2 million, with bid security of PKR 144,000 and bid validity of 180 days. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended up to date, through open competitive bidding using the single-stage two-envelope (SSTE) procedure. Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The Request for Proposal documents, including detailed requirements, terms and conditions, and instructions for preparing technical and financial proposals, are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System no later than 12 November 2026 at 2:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened electronically on the same date at 3:00 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the submission and opening date.
